We greatly appreciate your interest in becoming a part of NISMUNC’24! The following are the instructions to registering for the event, though the process may vary depending on individual or group delegations:

Individual
Please note that delegates for all councils (besides Dewan Rakyat) is 21 years old and under. For Dewan Rakyat, we welcome delegates aged 24 and below.

DELEGATION
Group
A group delegation MUST have a minimum of 5 delegates and a maximum of 10 delegates. Due to the size limit, a single institution will be allowed to send an unlimited number of group delegations. Kindly only fill in this google form once even if your group is larger than 5, we will contact you to split it once registration has ended.
All group delegations are eligible for the 'Best Group Delegation' award which is awarded to the group delegation with the highest average delegate score !!
There are 2 types of group delegation registration at NISMUNC and this is how they work:
1. Register and Pay Individually
This is most suitable for MUN friend groups or schools not organising a trip (i.e. delegates arrive individually).

Once you finish filling in this form, we will send you a group delegation code.

All your delegates and teacher chaperones (if any) should register and pay individually before the registration deadline ends on the 28th of January 2024.

At the end of the registration period, we will send you a Google Sheet detailing all delegates in your group and if necessary, we will ask you to split your group into smaller groups to meet our minimum of 5 and maximum of 10 requirements.

2. Register and Pay Together
This is most suitable for schools

Once you finish filling in this form, we will send you a Google Sheet for you to fill in all your delegates and any teacher chaperones information.

When you submit this form, we will prepare an invoice that will be sent to you.

You must make your payment by the time registration ends on the 28th of January 2024.

Once you make your payment, we will send you a digital copy of your receipt.

At the end of the registration period, we will update your sheet if necessary to split your group into smaller groups to meet our minimum of 5 and maximum of 10 requirements.

Kindly note that for school delegations, teacher chaperones/advisors should fill in the form.
CHAPERONE
Teacher
As a teacher chaperone, you will gain access to observe your students in our council rooms as well as to our Teacher Chaperone lounge where you can work with complimentary WiFi. In addition, you may opt to purchase our meal plan for RM65 which will provide you with lunch on Saturday and Sunday, Dinner at Socials on Saturday as well as refreshments served throughout the conference.

Please note that any teacher who is planning to attend the conference will be expected to fill in this form regardless of whether they will be receiving a meal or not.
