If I end up not being able to attend as a delegate for this MUN
will I get a refund?
Any requests for refund must be submitted to the secretariat with bank account details (Name of Account Holder, Name of Bank, Account Number) via an email to nisp_mun@nexus.edu.my by 23:59 (GMT+8) on the 12th of February 2024. Kindly note that all refunds will only be processed following this deadline before the NISMUN conference.
Is there a specific dress code to adhere to during the conference?
All delegates are advised to wear formal attire for the duration of the event,
such as button-ups and office wear.
What does the delegate fee entail?
The delegate fee covers all meals, including refreshments during committee sessions throughout all three days, lunch on Saturday and Sunday, and the Socials Dinner on Saturday.
Additionally, delegates will receive a comprehensive delegate pack, which includes various conference memorabilia such as a tote bag, notebook, folder, pen, badge, stickers, lanyard, ID tag, certificate, placard, and more.
Please note that flight and accommodation expenses are not included.
What is the benefit of being a teacher chaperone?
As a teacher chaperone, you will gain access to observe your students in our council rooms as well as to our Teacher Chaperone lounge where you can work with complimentary WiFi. In addition, you may opt to purchase our meal plan for RM65 which will provide you with lunch on Saturday and Sunday, Dinner at Socials on Saturday as well as refreshments served throughout the conference.
Will food, snacks and drinks be provided during the conference?
The conference will provide refreshments between sessions each day, including lunches on Saturday and Sunday, and a Socials Dinner on Saturday evening. Kindly indicate any dietary preferences or requirements in the registration form.
