For delegates coming to the conference with or without a group delegation. If you are under a group delegation, wait to acquire your group code and instructions from your Head of Delegation. The fees are inclusive of administrative charges, two lunches, a tea break, a dinner (on socials night), social entertainment and a delegate pack.

A group delegation must have a minimum of 5 delegates and a maximum of 10. An email will be sent following your application containing details about the delegation code, and more information that may aid your delegation.
